People of color, the LGBTQ community and people with disabilities may be very different from each other, but we share one common experience in America. However rewarding it may be, for us, achieving success presents unique, and unequal, hurdles. With that insight in mind, we created Empowerful, a platform that helped Wells Fargo consolidate their efforts to support these underserved communities under one empowering initiative. Audiences responded conclusively, with engagement rates that were 7.8x higher, while positive comments in social media were 35% higher than the category benchmark.
